Experience:
Mr. Sanders has extensive experience in residential real estate transactions, primarily focused on mortgage lending. For several years prior to joining the firm, he managed the closing operations of a New York law firm handling residential mortgage closings nationwide. Additionally, his experience includes preparing documents in connection with various types of residential and commercial real estate transactions, facilitating tax deferred like-kind exchanges under I.R.C. Section 1031, extensive title review, and coordinating and attending closings on behalf of mortgage lenders, buyers and sellers. Mr. Sanders is proficient in Spanish. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School. During law school, Mr. Sanders interned for Justice Walter B. Tolub of the New York State Supreme Court’s Civil Branch in Manhattan. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
