Experience:
Cynthia G. Couch has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate, corporate transactions, including stock and asset purchase transactions, and estate and trust administration. For several years before joining the firm, she managed the commercial and residential real estate practice and estate administration practice of a boutique law firm in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, while also serving as Adjunct Faculty to Regent University School of Law in the area of Real Estate and as Guest Lecturer for the Ethics course. Ms. Couch served as an Adjunct Instructor for a local college, teaching courses in Estate Planning and Administration and Title Examination. For more than ten years, Ms. Couch has provided legal counsel and education to business owners, whether selling a small family owned business, or the purchase of a franchise, property owners, institutional lenders, investors, and individuals in their commercial and residential real estate transactions throughout Virginia and New York. Ms. Couch also advises clients on the administration of estates and trusts, from small estates to complex matters. She brings excellent negotiating and management skills and vast legal knowledge to each of her transactions. Ms. Couch works with her clients to ensure peace of mind.
